Youth Voice

National Parks are for everyone, but for many accessing and enjoying National Parks can be difficult. Young people are faced with barriers such as limited and expensive public transport, and few opportunities to connect with wild spaces and have their voices heard.

Experiences in National Parks can be life changing for young people, but are excluded from valuable opportunities to connect with them. If National Parks are to survive and thrive, these opportunities must be provided to inspire the next generation to become future custodians of the countryside.

At Campaign for National Parks we’re putting young people at the heart of our work. We’re campaigning for greater access, more experiences and championing their voices by connecting them with decision makers.
